Is free delivery provided?

Enjoy free delivery for all orders of $100 and above. For orders below $100, there will be a $10 flat fee.

How long does delivery usually take?

Regular orders: 3-5 business days Colour sample orders: 4-7 business days If you need to expedite your delivery, please leave us a note when you place your order online, and we’ll try our best to accommodate to your request.

Am I able to specify a preferred delivery timing?

Our daily delivery schedule hours are from 11am to 6pm. You may expect your order to arrive within that duration. We are unable to allocate specific time windows as our drivers optimise the delivery routes based on the respective locations for the day. Should you have any other requests, please reach us at hello@gush.earth and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I self-collect my order?

If you wish to self-collect, kindly indicate in the ‘Notes’ segment when placing your order, and we will follow up with you. Please note that we will still require at least 1 working day to process your order. You can pick up your order from our warehouse at: 10 Admiralty St, #01-63 North Link Building Singapore 757695

Cancellations or Changes

Should you have a change of mind and wish to make any changes or cancellation to your order, please email us at hello@gush.earth as soon as possible. We will look into your request and follow up with you shortly.

Refund Policy

Gush is able to provide a full refund on paint purchases made on our online shop, only in the following cases: 1. Product is defective (Kindly refer to our limited lifetime warranty) 2. Severe colour mismatch from the sample sheet 3. Delayed delivery (1 week overdue from indicated delivery date) To be eligible, all refund claims must be made within 30 calendar days of your purchase. All refunds on purchases must include a valid proof of purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 – 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If I order over a phone call, am I able to make payment upon delivery?

Yes, you can order over the phone. We will send you an order confirmation email with payment details. Once payment has been fulfilled, we will process your order accordingly. Note: We do not offer the cash-on-delivery (COD) option.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Grab Pay.
