The short version: you're a registered business, everyone on your team gets their own login, trade prices stay between us, you pay at checkout unless we've agreed otherwise, and we only send you marketing if you've said yes. The detail is below.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Gush Pte. Ltd. ("Gush", "we", "us") and the business that applies to the Gush Trade Programme ("you"). They apply alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two disagree, these terms apply to your trade account.

2. Who can join

• The Trade Programme is for businesses registered in Singapore with an active UEN that buy Gush products for work they carry out or specify.
• We check applications against ACRA records and may ask for more information. We can decline an application at our discretion.
• The details you give us must be accurate. Tell us if your business details change.

3. Your account and your team

• Your account has an account holder who decides who else from your business can order.
• Each person signs in with their own email, using a one-time code or Shop. Logins are personal, so please don't share them.
• To add someone, ask through our trade page. We'll confirm with your account holder before they get access.
• You're responsible for orders placed by the people on your account. Let us know when someone leaves and we'll remove their access.

4. Trade pricing

• Your trade prices are set for your business and shown when you're signed in to the trade portal.
• Prices can change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Trade pricing is confidential. Please don't publish it or share it outside your business.

5. Orders and payment

• Orders are paid in full at checkout, unless we've agreed credit terms with you in writing.
• Prices are in Singapore dollars and GST is applied where it applies.
• If an order goes through at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Delivery and Gush Rush

• We deliver to addresses in Singapore, including direct to site. Delivery times are our best estimate.
• Gush Rush offers 3-hour delivery on weekdays. Cut-off times, coverage and charges are shown at checkout.
• Please make sure someone is on site to receive the delivery.

7. Returns

Returns follow our Refund Policy. Products tinted or mixed to order are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned.

8. Using our products

• Follow the product data sheet and application guidance for each product.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspending or closing an account

• We may suspend or close a trade account if the business is no longer registered, payments are overdue, these terms are broken, or the account is misused. Where it's reasonable to, we'll tell you first.
• You can close your account at any time by getting in touch.

10. Your details

• We use the details you give us to verify your business, set up and run your trade account, process orders and arrange delivery.
• We share them only as needed with the service providers who help us do that, such as our ecommerce, CRM and delivery partners.
• We'll only send you trade offers and product news if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email you about significant changes before they take effect. Ordering after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
