Your Gush paint is covered by a Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. This limited warranty extends to any paint products manufactured by Gush Pte. Ltd. (“gush”) and purchased directly from gush (the “Paint”).
Who this Limited Lifetime Warranty for Paint Extends To
- This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Paint. The “original purchaser” is defined as the first person to purchase the Paint from Gush who either owns or rents the property where the Paint is applied. This warranty is only valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s ownership or tenancy of the property. All references to "you" or "your" herein refer solely to original purchasers. Gush warranties are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to determine warranty eligibility.
gush’s Limited Lifetime Warranty and Responsibilities

Gush warrants the Paint in its original packaging sold to you against the defects as defined in Section 3 below, for as long as you reside in the property, provided that the Paint is applied and maintained according to label instructions.
What this Limited Lifetime Warranty for Paint Covers

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY covers the following:

Peeling, blistering, and flaking of paint from surfaces that have been properly prepared and maintained.

Significant discolouration or fading not typical of the normal ageing or wear processes of paint over time.
What this Limited Lifetime Warranty Excludes
- THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Expected colour fading, gloss loss, or chalking due to typical climate conditions (sun, humidity, rain, etc.);
- Damage from scrubbing, high traffic, or other day-to-day wear and tear;
- Peeling, blistering, or flaking caused by structural shifts, extreme heat exposure, or water intrusion;
- Mould or mildew growth due to high humidity, unless a separate mould warranty is awarded; or
- Improper surface preparation or incorrect application.
Your Sole and Exclusive Remedy

If a defect is identified, Gush’s only responsibility is, at its discretion, to either provide replacement Paint or issue a refund for the defective Paint. Acceptance of any remedy by Gush Paint will fully settle all claims regarding the defect.
Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, you are required to:

Provide proof of your original purchase (receipt/invoice).

Submit a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs of the affected area.

All claims must be submitted via email to hello@gush.earth.

Additionally, the Paint must have been used as instructed on the label, including proper surface preparation, sufficient drying times between coats, and using sealers where applicable.
General Conditions

This limited warranty applies only to the paint itself and does not cover labour or the costs associated with paint removal.

Gush reserves the right to inspect the property before approving any claim.

Gush may conduct testing of the Paint to determine the cause of the defect before resolving the claim.
Disclaimer, Limitations on Liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by Singaporean law, Gush provides the Paint “as is” and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Gush will not be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the Paint. Gush’s total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the Paint.
Modifications and Alterations of Product

Gush is not liable for any Paint that has been altered, processed, or modified after purchase.
Governing Law

This warranty, and any actions related to it, will be governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
